Sashka(sashenkamk)-"Being an supervisiour" interview!

Here I got an interview from our darling and nice Sashka!

1.Why did you wished to be an comunity supervisior?

I started as a member of the chat team back on DW, but after couple of months, I was invited to the new Community Team. I stayed on as part of the COmmunity Team on Divachix too. I really appreciated being promoted to the Community Team Supervisor, as I strongly believe, as in real life, a more senior position, can allow me contribute to the organization of the team and pushing things forward.

2.Do you still have time to play the game or is taking you most of your time?

I make the time to play the game. I am addicted to Divachix. Even when I am on the forums, I quickly go the the main site and enter events, reply to mails and guestbook posts and play the games. This means that sometimes, I stay up very late and lose on my beauty sleep. But I just cannot stand a day without the forums, or the main site.

3.Do you enjoy this "job"?

I love every second of it. I love the interaction with all users, our mutual efforts to define a particular suggestion better, the discussions about the negative and positive feedback, our mutual work to make Divachix better. Having the opportunity to actively talk with users makes my job very appealing.

4.Would you ever quit?

I doubt that. I love it too much to just throw it away. The only thing that could make me quit is not beeing able to spend enough time doing my job. I could never get over letting users down by not having enough time to hear what they have to say or what they think about a particular feature on Divachix. If I could not spend enough time on my job and on users, I beleive it would be much better for someone who can to take over. However, as I am nearly obsessed with Divachix, I do not see that happening any time soon. I would rather lose my beauty sleep.
